CANCELATION POLICY

There is a NO REFUND POLICY. Permanent makeup has no guarantee as it is dependent on the clients skin and the aftercare process. If there is a problem that is the result of an error of the artists, there will be FREE service to correct the problem. This does not mean if a client does not like the brow shape, color, or size that it will be fixed for free as the client has to approve the pre-draw before the service is started. The same for lips and eyeliner, only if there was an error by the artist will a free correction be made.

 *If you need a follow-up appointment after your INITIAL Permanent Makeup Service, there is a $100.00-$150.00 Color Boost fee (Depending on Artist). This fee covers the cost of products, supplies, and time spent on that service. There is not a FREE TOUCH UP. The products we use are not cheap so that fee is necessary to cover those expenses.

-IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER ARTISTS WORK AND WANT A TOUCH UP (within 8 months of original service) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME OF YOUR SERVICE AS WE HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WAS USED BY THE OTHER ARTIST. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE OF THE OUTCOME. THEREFORE THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR FREE CORRECTION FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP DONE ON PREVIOUS ARTISTS WORK!

 

 

You MUST cancel within 24hrs. You must put a $50.00 deposit to book an appointment.  There is a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required for all permanent makeup appointments. If you cancel within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment you will need to put down ANOTHER $150.00 deposit.  This means you will put ANOTHER $150.00 deposit down for the next appointment,  this amount will BE DEDUCTED OFF price ( 2 $150.00 deposits means $300.00 off at checkout). 


No call/No shows will need to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the appointment before you can rebook. The FULL AMOUNT of your service will be run on your credit card 15 minutes after your appointment time as you will be considered a NO CALL/ NO SHOW. Please be courteous and cancel/reschedule prior to 24hrs before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be considered a NO CALL/ NO SHOW and charged the FULL AMOUNT of your appointment.
